Developer Comments: Pharah’s mini barrage build has been raining down a little too much fire, melting teams before they knew what hit them. This is the first step in dialing back that bursty damage while keeping the build exciting, with more tuning planned in future updates.

Developer Comment: Pharah is a difficult hero to deal with for many due to her high flying mobility and burst damage. We're reducing how often her horizontal movement cooldown is available to make it slightly more of a positioning commitment when used.

Developer Comments: This is a reversion back to Pharah's Concussive Blast from before her recent rework. Dealing even a small amount of damage with this ability increases her lethality significantly and made it too reliable in finishing off low health targets, due to its wide area and fast projectile speed, without waiting the full recovery to fire another rocket.

Developer Comments: Pharah has a significant update that empowers more individual plays and shifting her movement capabilities from high up in the air to more horizontal movement that can cover distance quickly.

Dev Comment: In addition to rapidly launching her upwards, Jump Jet used to always move Pharah forward a small amount which made the ability feel less responsive when trying to move to the side or backwards. This change now enables a small amount of horizontal momentum in any direction.
